270 women in Cherry Red t-shirts walked as the dawn broke on Sunday, in what is set to raise thousands for St David’s Hospice.
In a rare morning of sunshine, early birds from across North West Wales walked nine miles from Aberconwy to Llandudno and back for the annual sponsored walk.
This was the third Dawn Walk event for the charity, and the walkers enjoyed a bacon sandwich, medal and t-shirt for their efforts.
The money raised will make a vital contribution to local palliative care.
St David’s Fundraiser Marie Lidgett said: “We enjoyed another good turnout and a great atmosphere. The good weather definitely helped!
“We’d like to thank the sponsors of the event Sodexo, Brakes, Bookers & Hughes Fruit and Vegetables and all involved!
