The Lady Captain of Rhos-on-Sea Golf Club, Mrs Carol Roberts presents a cheque for £465.89 to Fundraising Coordinator Marie Bugler. Carol chose St David’s Hospice as her charity for 2007 and organised fundraising events such as golf competitions, book sales andasking for donations if the golf ball goes in the moat at the 18th hole! She would like to thank all the members that donated to St David’s throughout the year.
Circus Starr - Xmas Theatre Tour is coming to John Bright School, Llandudno this Sunday (20th) to raise funds for St David’s Hospice. This show is packed with the laughter and magic of the circus and guarantees top quality entertainment for all the family. Tickets are £11.75. Show Times 1:30pm & 4:00pm. Looking for a New Year resolution – why not train for the British 10k Race taking place in London on the 6th July 2008. Hospice supporters, Leah and Lawrence Cox of Colwyn Bay got wed on the 4th January and all gifts were donations to St David’s Hospice and Ty Gobiath Children Hospice. St David’s Hospice would like to thank them for their generous donation of £345.
