We are looking for a team of 6 to take part in the British 10K London Run on Sunday the 6th July. There will be a registration fee of Adults £10/ Children £5 for those who do not wish to collect sponsorship.

Congratulations and thank you to our intrepid cyclists -
Martin and Lesley Leeds for riding 60 miles from Bangor to Connah’s Quay dressed as a nun and a vicar. They battled high winds and high seas but arrived at their destination victorious if extremely tired and mud splattered. So far they have raised  £1,100.00 and the total is still rising. And John Harvey for his 750 mile ride from Kuala Lumpur to Phuket. He had to deal temperatures of over 40 degrees, a bout of heat exhaustion and dehydration, and snakes!
‘In all, apart from the illness I had a really good time. It was a great experience, but the best kick of all, is that for every mile I cycled St. David’s Hospice will benefit.’
John has raised an incredible £1,850.00 and suspects there may be a little more to come.
