Not long to go now for the St. David’s Hospice Twin Falls Walk which takes place on Sunday 7th June. This walk 6 mile walk is suitable for any reasonably fit person wearing stout footwear. We start from the Community Room above Yr Hen Felin Caffi, in the centre of Abergwyngregyn. Then follow the path up to the Aber Falls, cross the river, and make our way back to Aber village on the opposite side of the valley, enjoying sweeping views back to the Falls, and ahead of us, as we reach the top of the last rise, a panorama of the Irish Sea, Anglesey and the Great Orme. Then back to the Yr Hen Felin. Don’t forget your purse. The cakes are fabulous!
Registration takes place between 10am and 11am. A fee of £10/ adults £5/ children for those not collecting sponsorship. For those collecting sponsorship there is no minimum requirement.

The Colwyn Choral Society Summer Concert in aid of St David’s Hospice is taking place on Saturday 6th June, 8pm at St John’s Methodist Church, Llandudno Tickets: £7/ Children & students £3. Registration forms for the Dawn Walk 2009 are now available for anyone (women only) wishing to take part. Registration forms must be in by 1st August, but the earlier the better!
