Put on your dancing shoes on Saturday 18th July. There is a 60’s, 70’s Motown night taking place at the Deganwy Castle starting at 8pm through ‘till late. The St David’s Hospice fete will be officially opened by Coronation Street’s William Roache (aka Ken Barlow) on Saturday 25th July at 1pm in the grounds of the hospice, Abbey Rd, West Shore, Llandudno. There will be all the fun of a traditional summer fete with a bouncy castle, coconut shy, Llandudno Town band and a BBQ. The usual stalls will be there to grab a bargain including bric-a-brac, books, cakes, hand made items. Donations required for all stalls please bring them to the hospice itself. The 1st of August is the deadline date to get your registration forms in for the St David’s Hospice Dawn Walk 2009. The ladies only walk takes place at the break of dawn (4.15am) on Sunday 23rd August and follows the 9 mile walk along the coastal path from Conwy to Llandudno. The Great St. David’s Hospice Coffee Morning Challenge 2009 - In this, our 10th Anniversary year we are putting out a general plea asking people to consider holding a coffee morning to celebrate and help raise much needed funds.
