This year’s fancy dress theme (optional) is ‘Cops and Robbers ’at our Annual Great Orme Walk. So dust off your ball and chain, haul out your handcuffs or grab your swag bag. Perhaps you fancy yourself as Inspector Clouseau, Miss Maple, Poirot or Cagney and Lacey? Or why not be a baddie? Join in the family fun and walk the around the Orme’s scenic Marine Drive on Sunday 27th September. Registration for the event is between 1pm - 2pm at the hospice itself on Abbey Rd.  To get involved walkers can either raise sponsorship or pay an entry fee on the day – Adults £10 Children £5.

Coffee morning, this Saturday 19th September at the Presbyterian Church, Llandudno Junction 10am- 1pm. Various stalls. All welcome. Entry 50p includes coffee/tea and biscuits.

The Conwy Support Group Coffee Morning held in St Mary’s Church on Sept 5th raised £510. Thank you to everyone who supported and donated to the event.

On Thursday 24th Sept, the Bay Health and Beauty Clinic, Conway Rd, Colwyn Bay are celebrating their new make over with an Open Event. 1pm – 7pm. Therapists will provide mini-facials, mini make-unders and facial lift massages (book in advance). There is a goodie bag for everyone and a raffle which will be drawn at 6pm. refreshments will be served all afternoon. Tickets £10. 50% of ticket proceeds will be donated to St David’s hospice. The National Eisteddfod winners, Maelgwn Male Voice choir and friends are holding a concert at St John’s Methodist Church, Llandudno on Saturday 10th October. 8pm – doors open at 7.30pm. Conductor & Director: Trystan Lewis and Mezzo Soprano: Sian Wyn Gibson. Tickets £5 available in advance from 01492 879058. In aid of St David’s Hospice and Ty Gobaith.

Coffee Morning 17th October, 10am – 2pm at the St Gwyddelan’s Church, Dolwyddelan.

The next St David’s Hospice User/Carer Group meeting will be on Monday 19th October at 11am.

An Italian theme night is taking place at Romeo’s Ristorante Italiano, Llandudno on Sunday 15th November to raise funds for St David’s and St Kentigern Hospices. Tickets are £15 which include an evening of food and music. Call: 01492 879058 for tickets.

St David’s Hospice continue to recycle coins, notes, mobile phones and postage stamps to raise much needed funds. All donated can be dropped off at the hospice itself in Abbey Rd, Llandudno or at any of the eight hospice shops across the area.
