Bring a Pound to Work for St David’s Hospice on St David’s Day! Next Monday the 1st March, join in the patriot fundraising day that involves very little organising! A donation to St David’s Hospice, no matter how small, is a wonderful way to show you care. The money raised on the day could have a major impact on a life of local person with a terminal illness and their families, friends and carers. Angie Tompkins is holding a Coffee Morning at The Presbyterian Church, Llandudno Junction on Saturday, 27th February. Doors open 10.30am – 1pm. Admission: 50p to include a cuppa and a biscuit. Angie is working hard to raise as much money as possible before she faces her ultimate challenge – A 60 mile walk along the Great Wall of China. Angie has already raised the minimum sponsorship and ensured her place, but is anxious to raise as much as possible for Hospice funds.
On the 1st March Communities First Team are organising a St. David’s Day themed Coffee Morning taking place at St. Paul’s Church Hall, Rhiw Rd, Colwyn Bay Time: 11am – 2pm For further information contact 01492 531996.
