The High Sheriffs of Gwynedd and Clwyd raised £5000 following a Charity Concert in October. The Concert was a marvelous musical event and a sellout audience were thoroughly entertained.
The Rhos on Sea Rotary Tree of Lights is shining out at Cayley Promenade in Rhos-on-Sea this Christmas to celebrate the lives of those we love and to help raise money for St David’s Hospice. The Tree of Lights is a focus for thoughts and memories of loved ones. It is also an opportunity to remember a special event in our lives or to celebrate a special occasion such as a birth or wedding anniversary. Mrs Harpin, of Abbey Rd, Llandudno has raised £600 for St David’s Hospice, through sheer dedication and help from her friends she has now raised £4000 to date.

Donate your old Mobile phones, Foreign Coins and stamps to St David’s Hospice
Many of us change our mobile phones from time to time - but what do we do with the old ones? If you have some stuck in a box under the bed, or in a little-used drawer, now's the time to turf them out, and let St David’s have them. Under a special arrangement with a company, that recycles them, and which works with hospices throughout the UK, they can earn valuable funds for our work.
All your unwanted Euros, European Notes and coins, other foreign notes and coins, pre-decimal notes and coins, old decimal 50p, 10p, 5p and half-penny coins can be turned into cash for the hospice.
We can also raise money from both British and overseas stamps. We also collect first day covers, presentation packs and albums. Any of these items can be handed into the Hospice itself in Abbey Rd, Llandudno or to any of the St David’s Hospice Shops.
